Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the WK Health Consulting website (the “Site”), operated by William Kelly Consulting, LLC (“WK Health Consulting,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), and any services, workshops, or communications offered through it. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Services
The Site provides information about our research consulting, patient education workshops, program evaluation, and Health AI strategy and advisory services. Content is provided for general informational purposes and may be updated or changed at any time without notice.
2. Not medical or professional advice
WK Health Consulting provides research, educational, and advisory content. Nothing on the Site or in our workshops is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it does not replace the guidance of a qualified healthcare provider. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified provider with any questions about a medical condition. Never disregard or delay seeking professional medical advice because of something you read or hear from us.
3. Workshops, registration & payment
- Workshop seats are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis until a cohort is full.
- Payment is processed securely by our third-party payment processor (Stripe). We do not store your full card details.
- Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise and may change for future cohorts.
- Your registration is confirmed once payment is completed and you receive a confirmation email.
Cancellations & refunds
All sales are final. Registration fees are non-refundable except where a workshop is canceled by William Kelly Consulting, LLC. In the event that we cancel a scheduled workshop, registrants will be offered, at our discretion, either a transfer to a future cohort or a full refund of the amount paid. Requests relating to a company-canceled workshop may be submitted through our Contact Us form.
4. Consultation bookings
Consultation scheduling is provided through Microsoft Bookings. Appointment times are subject to availability and confirmation. Booking a consultation does not create a client relationship until separately agreed in writing.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, disrupt the Site, submit false or others’ personal information, upload malicious code, or use the Site for unlawful purposes.
6. Intellectual property
The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, curriculum, and materials — are owned by or licensed to William Kelly Consulting, LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission, except as permitted for your personal, non-commercial use.
7. Third-party links & services
The Site may link to or rely on third-party services (for example, Stripe, Microsoft Bookings, and content delivery networks). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
8. Disclaimers
The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WK Health Consulting and William Kelly Consulting, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site or services.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
